Fluent in English and Spanish, and having studied Business Management at NYU and Political Science at Rutgers University, Lisandra brings strategic insight and operational precision to every asset she manages.

Dario Arazi is a construction and project management professional with expertise in environmental compliance and development oversight. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College and is a former NCAA Division I football player, bringing discipline, teamwork, and leadership to every project. At Stonebridge Capital, Dario manages complex construction projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
